DataCharts terms of service.
These closed-beta terms set the operating rules for invited DataCharts users while live billing remains disabled.
Closed-beta access
DataCharts grants invited users a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the closed-beta service for lawful evaluation and content production. Features may change and access may be limited to protect reliability or security. Live charges are not enabled during this phase.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account, authorized workspace members, and the content you upload or publish. Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, probe other tenants, upload unlawful content, distribute malware, or use DataCharts to violate privacy, intellectual-property, or other legal rights.
Customer content
You retain ownership of datasets, project specifications, themes, published visuals, and exports. You grant DataCharts the limited rights needed to host, process, render, transmit, back up, and support that content as you direct. You confirm you have the rights needed to use the content.
Third-party services
DataCharts relies on Vercel, Supabase, Railway, and Dodo Payments. Their services may have separate terms. Dodo hosts payment and billing-management experiences; DataCharts changes entitlements only after verified provider events.
Reliability and exports
Closed-beta response and recovery targets are operational goals rather than a public service-level agreement. Review exported charts, calculations, accessibility descriptions, sources, and claims before publication. Keep independent copies of business-critical source data.
Suspension, termination, and liability
We may restrict access to contain security risk, legal exposure, abuse, or material service harm. You may stop using the service and owners may request workspace deletion. Final warranty disclaimers, liability limits, governing law, and commercial terms require external counsel approval before public launch. These closed-beta terms are effective 17 July 2026.
